I have been working with people helping them process their core wounds and trauma for many years. I have extensive experience in helping with the issues of depression and fear and relationship problems delving into attachment styles. All kinds of trauma issues as well as grief and loss.

As a Bach Flower Practitioner using over 3 decades  of experience that l have had working and prescribing the wonderful flower remedies, it has been so such a joy to see how patients flourish sometimes within a couple of days, opening up with better emotional balance, calm and hope, replacing fears worries and patterns that they have had for years, thinking that they might never shift.

I have brought patients through nervous breakdown and many states of sadness and hopelessness with my combinations of flowers specially combined for them with fast and anchored effect. They are also highly effective helping people in toxic relationships by healing and re aligning the negative effects that have destroyed their inner equilibrium and sense of self, bringing them back into emotional homeostasis.

I do in fact have special combinations that l have used for many years for very specific emotional rescue.

After having my own personal epiphanies when discovering the Bach Flower remedies over 30 years ago l became a devotee.

Using and dispensing  them to re-align and explore through cure, patient’s  emotional difficulties that lie behind so many problems both physically and emotionally, as well as dissolving repeated patterns of causation. The Bach flowers remedies accelerate cure and resolve alongside talking therapy and also without as they energetically address the emotional causation. How we reconcile things is our ethical adventure.

I believe that compassionate empathy is salvific and it also plays a huge and important part in the process of healing.

I provide and support  patients in between consultations on WhatsApp.

I believes and also understand that people in emotional pain need to see and feel genuine shift and change by experiencing and feeling the difference, so my results can be felt often within the first 2 weeks of treatment sometimes even during consultation, where she uses the ABC method to tell the patient not only what is currently the issue in hand but the effect of the cause. 

I have been trained  by Tony Pinkus a world renowned Homepath and  the owner of Ainsworths Royal appointed Homeopathic Pharmacy and certified to use the ABC method of diagnosing and treating with the Bach flower remedies a new and brilliant method which is taught by Tony who is a also a leading producer of the flower remedies using the original Dr Bach method. This method is advanced, patient-centric, and delivers a dynamic personal message through the remedies selected in the form of a narrative. The narrative is the most important issue in the patient’s life at the moment and is presented with a clear explanation also of how it arose.

My consultations are £130 an hour

My flower remedy combinations unique to each person and their emotional needs are £70 a bottle and personally dispensed for each patient these last for 5 weeks, this includes support on WhatsApp as and when it is needed to ensure progress. This also allows me to assess how they are working alongside the patient’s experience.

I also dispense flower remedy combinations that can be used topically for skin conditions, and inflammation, and personal unique SOS combination according to the patient’s emotional state. These are especially useful for unwanted behaviour patterns that are sometimes repeated in personal crisis.

Gail is a wonderful therapist, who made a real difference with just a few sessions. When I started seeing her I was at a real low point, completely emotionally exhausted and not knowing where to start from. She quickly determined I was suffering from complex PTSD, a condition no other therapist identified beforehand. Today, I had what I can only describe as an unexpected transformational moment when I met Gail berry. I have had many therapists in my time and I have always come out of the sessions having been a ‘hard nut to crack’ in terms of being vulnerable. I’m the master of performing and hiding my real feelings. Within 15 minutes Gail had broken down barriers that no other person has managed to do and it was like she could read my mind, use her intuition and match that with her vast therapeutic experience to be a perfect blend of intuitive, genuine, astonishing and knowledgeable. She was able to show empathy and have the ‘scientific answers’ at the time same, which is something I have never, ever encountered in therapy before. Her life coaching approach has made me feel that she really wants to support my journey and that she understands that it’s long term change that I am seeking, rather then 50 minutes of opening a can of worms then sending me off to deal with that for the next week, she has put some tools in place for me to use and provides out of hours support should you need it.

I cannot wait to start this journey with Gail as my life coach and the Bach flower remedy she gave me today worked instantly! I felt a peace and calmness that I have not felt in years,it was extraordinary. I’m excited for this journey.
