How can Cerato help us maintain our authentic self?
Cerato is about authenticity. About helping us be in touch and in tune with our own souls. It banishes deep insecurities by re-aligning us with our own “voice”.
I have prescribed Cerato for clients and also in times of self-doubt of my own, and always its effect is undeniable, curative and innate.
Often, when someone has ignored their own inner voice or their own calling and has for many reasons been out of touch with their own self.
It is the flower that brings us back to our own values and beliefs and reminds us that we know who we are. It is a deep reacquainting of our original connection to self, to home, to our “maker” and to our source.
Very healing when we have been subjected to long-term gaslighting and also been subjected to another’s definitions of who we are and what we should be and do by ways of abuse. When our own self has been hijacked.
Helpful for the emergence of the beliefs of cults and indoctrination of any kind.
In case histories l have given it to those l have treated who have suffered from coercive control, to those who have had problems with addiction, to those who have been struggling with their sexuality, and those who have been so driven to please others at the cost of their own truth that they have temporarily “forgotten” who they are in the light of the needing to please and placate others to survive.
In one case, a lovely woman came to me who could not stop drinking to the point of blacking out. During our consultation, l discovered that she had a mother who was very controlling all her life and demanded her loyalty, forbidding her daughter’s love of her father, always critical and criticising, her daughter’s choices were belittled and disallowed.
Her mother died and, wracked with guilt, she still was living under her thrall, never having the courage to be herself. Also, she suffered from insomnia. After one day of taking Cerato, she slept like a baby for the first time in years, and within a very short time, she decided to stop drinking and felt renewed on so many internal levels. She never drank to excess again.
In another, a man who was struggling with his sexuality and had just told his family he was, in fact, gay. This took tremendous courage, and he was still struggling with shame and guilt. I gave him Cerato, and on the way home, he rang me from his car to say he was crying for joy; he felt as though a huge weight had been lifted from his soul.
Accepting yourself allows you to be able to accept others, so it is of such personal importance.
There have been so many other testimonials from clients over the years who felt the benefit of Cerato.
It is a flower that is so spiritually reviving that it allows inner freedom and a sense of peace and balance that rises like a phoenix. We all have a soul. When we are living in alignment with it, we have a feeling of wholeness that is without words but nevertheless speaks to us through the power of its silence.
I would say that Cerato brings us home, so to speak when we do not endlessly need to go to others to ask, but instead, we can rely on our own thoughts and beliefs. It is very helpful in treating co-dependency. Also, when we have chosen to leave a relationship that continually silenced us, or when we were encouraged to shrink our own self and silence our own voice. There it goes and speaks to us and guides us back to our original self and returns us to a kind of soul homeostasis.
When we are in need of Cerato, we might have lost self-respect and ignored our knowing, always asking others for our truth or the way forward.
We will not be listening to ourselves but go outside, so we lose our self-reliance and this creates an unnecessary sense of dependency. This is never good for us, but if the outside source is malevolent and insincere, then it is also dangerous.
As a flower grows in a wild way, not sure where or which way it is going.
Very much like the state a person is in that is in need of it!
