About me
My healing journey began more than 20 years ago, inspired by a lifelong fascination with energy, intuition, and tarot. Today, my work has come full circle, with Reiki at the heart of everything I do.
I believe that every person is unique, and every healing session should be too. By tuning into your energy, I channel the healing that is most appropriate for you in that moment, creating a calm, nurturing space for deep relaxation, balance, and renewal. Working intuitively with your energy, higher self, and chakras, I help support your emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
Alongside Reiki, I offer intuitive card readings that provide guidance, clarity, and insight into your current path. Using a selection of carefully chosen decks, I share the messages that come through to help you understand where you are, what may be holding you back, and the opportunities that lie ahead.
Over the years, my practice has naturally expanded to include other complimentary healing techniques, including Angelic Healing, crystal healing, sound healing, light language, and my own channelled modality, Etheric Regeneration & Bioresonance (ERB). These therapies are available where they feel appropriate and are always guided by your individual needs.
Teaching is also a passion of mine. I offer Reiki courses for beginners and practitioners wishing to deepen their knowledge, empowering others to discover the gift of healing for themselves and those around them.
I work with adults, children, and animals, offering appointments both in person from my therapy room in Petts Wood, Kent, and online via Zoom. Whether you are seeking relaxation, healing, clarity, or a deeper connection with yourself, I trust that the energy you need will meet you exactly where you are.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been practising Reiki for over 20 years, beginning my journey with Reiki Level 1 in 2002. I went on to complete Reiki Level 2 and qualified as a Reiki Master in 2003. Since then, I have shared Reiki with hundreds of clients and have trained many students to become Reiki practitioners themselves.
Over the years, I have continued to expand my knowledge through advanced energy healing studies, qualifying in Angelic Reiki, Ethereal Crystal Healing, Akashic Record Clearing & Healing. My passion for energy work has also led me to develop my own healing modality, Etheric Regeneration & Bioresonance (ERB), which uses frequencies and vibrations to support overall wellbeing.
My experience spans working with adults, children, and animals, both in private practice and within the charity sector. I practise from my therapy room in Petts Wood, Kent, and have also volunteered as a healer with the Harmony Therapy Trust, providing complimentary therapy to people living with life-limiting illnesses. This work has given me extensive experience in supporting clients through challenging physical and emotional circumstances.
Alongside my clinical practice, I teach Reiki to both beginners and experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their knowledge and confidence. I am committed to ongoing professional and personal development, continually expanding my understanding of energy healing to provide the highest standard of care for my clients and students.
I have also been featured in interviews discussing my work in energy healing and am an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, where I write about wellbeing, personal growth, and healing.

The Reiki Association is a community of people initiated into Reiki, both in the UK, and as part of the worldwide Reiki family. The organisation lists verified practitioners and supports those exploring a life with Reiki as a spiritual practice and healing art.
