Hello, my name is Lisa J, I am a Complementary Therapist with over 20 years experience in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. 

Over the last 20 years I've helped women through the grief of being widowed, or loss of a parent. I've worked with clients in palliative care and their carers come to terms with their situations. I want to help you, too.

Complementary, holistic healing therapies are my passion - helping you begin your healing journey and supporting you at every step is my goal.

By incorporating body work such as Reflexology, Swedish massage therapy, Lava Shells and Lomi Lomi techniques, guided relaxation and mindfulness/meditation with aromatherapy, crystals and energy healing, I can help you find your balance and facilitate healing.

I am a Life Activation Practitioner, Ensofic Reiki Practitioner, Healer with Modern Mystery School and this is the main focus of my practice. Working together on your treatment plan, I am able to provide you with the time and space to activate healing on every level.

I am very honoured to be able to offer Life Activation, a healing session from the ancient lineage of King Saloman. I also offer Sacred Geometry crystal healings, crystal rites and crystal gridding.
