About me
Hello, my name is Lisa J and I'm a Complementary Therapist with over 20 years experience in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

Complementary, holistic healing therapies are my passion. Helping you begin your healing journey, supporting you at every step is my goal.
Incorporating body work such as Reflexology, Swedish massage therapy, Lava Shells and Lomi Lomi techniques, guided relaxation and mindfulness/meditation with aromatherapy, crystals and energy healing to help you find your balance and facilitate healing. Working together on your treatment plan to provide you with the time and space to activate healing on every level.

Every Therapy has had an impact on my own healing. I've experienced each one as a client and knew I wanted to help others in the same ways.
Anxiety, depression and grief are areas I know well through personal experience. I'm also very familiar with hormone issues, thyroid problems and emotional eating. I have gained valuable experience in cancer and palliative care through my work with a local hospice.
My aim as a therapist is to find the root cause of your problems and help you heal.

Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
The UK Reiki Federation
The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.
