I offer consultation-led holistic therapy, energy healing, bodywork and spiritual support for those who are ready to feel calmer, clearer, more connected and more in control of their wellbeing.
My work blends over 20 years of complementary therapy experience with massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, meditation, energy healing and lineage-based spiritual healing. Every session is tailored to the person in front of me. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all healing, because your body, your energy and your life are not generic.
Clients often come to me when they feel burnt out, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in their head, physically tense, energetically drained, or ready for a deeper level of personal growth. Some are looking for relaxation and nervous system support. Others are seeking clarity, spiritual development, deeper healing, or a structured path of transformation.
My approach is grounded, honest and intuitive. I create a safe, calm space where you can pause, breathe, reset and reconnect with yourself. Sessions may include massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, Reiki, meditation, crystal healing, aura work, Life Activation, Full Spirit Activation, or other energy-based treatments, depending on what is appropriate for you.
The right work starts with a conversation. I work consultation-first so we can look at what you are experiencing, what you want to shift, and which treatment or package is most aligned for your needs.
Whether you are looking for physical relaxation, emotional support, spiritual reconnection, or a deeper path of healing, my role is to help you come back to yourself with more clarity, vitality and inner strength.
Based in Milton Keynes, I work with clients across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas, Birmingham and London.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 20 years’ experience in complementary therapies, bodywork and energy healing. I am fully qualified and insured, with training across massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, Reiki, meditation, holistic therapies and advanced lineage-based spiritual healing.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Ritual Master, Life Activation Practitioner and spiritual guide, with ongoing training through the Modern Mystery School lineage. My work blends practical therapy experience with deeper energy work, nervous system awareness, intuitive guidance and spiritual development.
I have supported clients with stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, physical tension, low energy, migraines, spiritual disconnection and personal transformation. Every session is consultation-led, tailored and grounded in safe, professional practice.

FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

Prices are per treatment. These vary from £65 to £350 upwards depending on the Healing or Activation chosen.
Custom packages are available. My rates reflect my level of training and experience which is continually updated from £650 to £2999.

My sessions take place in a calm, private home-based therapy space in Milton Keynes, created to feel peaceful, supportive and grounded. The room is set up to help you switch off from the outside world, settle your nervous system and feel safely held during your treatment or healing session.
I work by appointment only and begin with a consultation so I can understand what you are experiencing, what you need, and which treatment or approach is most suitable for you. My work is never one-size-fits-all. Each session is tailored to the person in front of me, whether you are coming for bodywork, energy healing, meditation, spiritual support, body confidence work, or a structured package.
Sessions may include elements such as massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, Reiki, crystal healing, guided breathwork, meditation, aura work, lymphatic support, body sculpting or non-surgical contouring, depending on what is appropriate and agreed during consultation.
Please note that all appointments are arranged in advance. My premises are private and peaceful, with on-street parking available nearby. After your session, I allow time for grounding, aftercare advice and any relevant self-care guidance, so you do not feel rushed back into the world with your energy still half in another dimension.
