Hello, I am Lisa J Alsford, a Complementary Therapist focused on helping clients awaken their true potential. I have with over 20 years of experience in wellness and healing and I am currently based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. 

Over the last 20 years, I've helped women and men through the grief of being widowed, or the loss of a parent or lived one. I've worked with clients in palliative care and their carers come to terms with their situations. I want to help you, too.

My passion is in lighting the way to a living better life through healing body, soul and spirit. I want you to LIVE LIFE ALIVE!

By incorporating bodywork such as Reflexology, Swedish massage therapy, Lava Shells and Lomi Lomi techniques, guided relaxation and mindfulness/meditation with aromatherapy, crystals and energy healing, I can help you find your balance and facilitate healing.

I am a Life Activation Practitioner, Ensofic Reiki Practitioner, Healer with Modern Mystery School and this is the main focus of my practice. Working together on your treatment plan, I am able to provide you with the time and space to activate healing on every level.

Prices are per treatment. These vary from £45 to £350 upwards depending on the Healing or Activation chosen.

Custom packages are available. My rates reflect my level of training and experience which is continually updated.

I have a therapy room in my home on the 1st floor.  

Men will only be considered if referred by an existing client.  Sadly, the number of time wasters on this site has led me to make this decision.
