A little about me

I'm Lisa, a holistic therapist, energy healing practitioner and spiritual teacher based in Milton Keynes, with over 20 years of experience in complementary therapies.

But I'm also someone who understands that life doesn't always go according to plan.

I've experienced my own challenges, changes and periods of feeling disconnected from myself. Those experiences have shaped how I work and strengthened my commitment to helping others explore their own potential.

I believe we all deserve the opportunity to know ourselves more deeply, make conscious choices and create lives that feel meaningful to us.

How I work

My approach is personal, compassionate and consultation-led. I take time to understand what has brought you to me, what you're hoping to experience and which services may be most appropriate for you.

My work brings together complementary therapies, energy healing, meditation and ancient wisdom traditions.

There is no expectation to follow any particular path. Your choices remain your own.

Massage and complementary bodywork

For those seeking hands-on therapies, I also offer massage, reflexology and restorative bodywork through my Goddess Era Glow practice.

Sessions are tailored to your preferences and may include Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, deep tissue techniques or other suitable approaches.

My experience and qualifications

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Metaphysical Sciences and am a Reiki Master Teacher.

I am also a Certified Teacher, Healer, Life Activation Practitioner, Ritual Master and Kabbalist with the Modern Mystery School, an international organisation teaching ancient wisdom traditions and the spiritual Path of Progression.

My work combines more than two decades of practical complementary therapy experience with ongoing education, spiritual study and a deep respect for the individual.

Through Lisa J Healing | The Art of Healing and Goddess Era Glow, I support clients with stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, low energy, physical tension, migraines, spiritual disconnection, confidence, body image, lymphatic support, fluid retention, body contouring, skin confidence, self-care, nervous system support, meditation, energy clearing, spiritual development and holistic wellbeing.

Prices are per treatment. These vary from £65 to £350 upwards depending on the Healing or Activation chosen.

Custom packages are available. My rates reflect my level of training and experience which is continually updated from £650 to £2999.

My sessions take place in a calm, private home-based therapy space in Milton Keynes, created to feel peaceful, supportive and grounded. The room is set up to help you switch off from the outside world, settle your nervous system and feel safely held during your treatment or healing session.

I work by appointment only and begin with a consultation so I can understand what you are experiencing, what you need, and which treatment or approach is most suitable for you. My work is never one-size-fits-all. Each session is tailored to the person in front of me, whether you are coming for bodywork, energy healing, meditation, spiritual support, body confidence work, or a structured package.

Sessions may include elements such as massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, Reiki, crystal healing, guided breathwork, meditation, aura work, lymphatic support, body sculpting or non-surgical contouring, depending on what is appropriate and agreed during consultation.

Please note that all appointments are arranged in advance. My premises are private and peaceful, with on-street parking available nearby. After your session, I allow time for grounding, aftercare advice and any relevant self-care guidance, so you do not feel rushed back into the world with your energy still half in another dimension.
