I will come to you equipped with a treatment couch to assess and treat your injuries / tension, in the comfort of your own home. Alternatively you can come and visit me in the city - Chancery Lane.
Sports and Deep Tissue massage - this is suitable for those who are experiencing tension or pain due to stiff muscles. This can be caused by prolonged posture, like sitting at work, lots of manual work or increased recent activity. It is important to ease this tension, most effectively through a deep tissue massage, to restore the function and movement back into the muscle tissue preventing injury and freeing your movement.
Injury Rehabilitation - is vital after even the smallest of injuries as the body holds on to scars and repairing cells therefore affecting the way your body may move and reducing the strength in the injured area. Performing just one or two key exercises will restore this and help reduce further incidence of injury and help you regain the strength, power and movement you had before.
Do not think you have to put up with those niggles, feel yourself again.
