About me
I'm Hayat, a Reiki Master and Holistic Bodyworker. They say that travelling opens your eyes and it's while exploring the lush islands of Indonesia that I opened my eyes and heart to the powerful healing art of massage. Since then, I have embarked on a journey of self-discovery and perpetual learning, completing massage training in both the UK and Thailand. Energy unblocking is a paramount component of Massage Therapy, particularly Thai Bodywork. It was only natural that Reiki became part of my practice, having experienced first-hand how effective it is for emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
I have a deep interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals. Using a holistic, intuitive approach and combining different healing modalities, I fully attend to each client's needs, interweaving a calming presence with practised skills. Whether you desire an indulging relaxing treatment, are working on long-term injuries, on releasing emotional pain or in need of balancing your energy, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
