About us

I specialise in  a gentle effective hands on therapy, working on connective tissue to help relieve tension and restore imbalances in the body.

A wide variety of conditions respond well to these gentle therapies particularly Bowen Therapy, Bowen often works on mysterious and chronic problems when every thing else has failed.

I believe Bowen the most versatile and effective therapeutic treatments today offering significant relief for many conditions.

Bowen can be applied to all age groups due to its gentle approach.

I am an experienced advanced and IOS Bowen practitioner, qualifying in Bowen Therapy 20 years ago.

I also use other gentle effective therapies like Core Postural Alignment, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy. I have over 30 years experience and have worked in Switzerland for more than 10 years as a therapist with professional skiers and International Celebrities.

I am also an FHT accredited course provider for Dorn Method and Breuss Spinal Massage.
