🌱 Throughout my career I've cared for adults and children with additional needs. Some receive complex care and end of life care due to their substantial health issues. They have benefited greatly from regular massage therapy treatments and aromatherapy. My sessions have helped calm their minds and ease any pains they may be suffering from. They know that they can fully relax, with nothing expected of them, it's a really special session, One that they very much enjoy and look forward to, time and time again.

For clients who are in need of a descent muscle stretch then this is the treatment for you. This massage is less about relaxation and more about improving the body's alignment. It's a fantastic deep tissue massage, concentrating on strengthening and lengthening the muscles. It helps to release built up tension and reduce any muscle pain. Improving any restriction to movement you may suffer from. I work with the muscle layers, softening the superficial layers first and moving onto the deeper layers. This technique can allow your body to deeply relax, helping to relieve stress and lower high blood pressure. Massage strokes are considerably slower and firmer to give the muscle time needed to release tension. This will improve your muscle movement and flexibility.

This is a gorgeous full body massage using a blend of essential oils formulated for your specific needs. I will create 2 different essential oil blends which are relevant to your needs, and you can choose which one you prefer for the massage on the day. ​ ​Aromatherapy is a powerful treatment, using aromatic plant oils to heal the body and mind through massage and inhalation. Each plant oil has its own therapeutic effect, assisting and nourishing the body the natural way. ​Aromatherapy can help with many different ailments such as: anxiety, stress, insomnia, PMT, menopause, muscular aches and pains and many skin conditions and sleep issues.
