About me

Massage Therapist, Reiki Master healer/Teacher ,  Aromatherapist , Reflexologist , Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage , Indian Head Massage,  my therapy studio room is based in Burnham on sea.  I work providing Holistic therapy treatments to clients and patients to help with wellbeing and health challenges. As a Clinical Aromatherapist all Essential oil blends I make are tailor made for individuals to help symptom control. I am qualified in all therapies I offer , alongside Reflexology , Aromatherapy in Cancer Care. I hold a Formal University Teaching Degree,   specialism in Complementary Therapy and offer Accredited Courses , and general interest Workshops , in person and online.  I asked myself what made the difference in the quality of the life we live. And my answer was how we feel. Sometimes we need nurture, others a regular reminder to be body aware or to keep track on health. All my therapies are tailor made to help support your wellbeing aims to feel the best health you can. Each of my formal therapy qualifications were Accredited National Occupational standards Ofqual regulated lasting one year each for each therapy.  Over a 6 year period this consisted of Anatomy & Physiology : Holistic Swedish Massage : Indian Head Massage: Reflexology : Clinical Aromatherapy : Reiki Healing : qualifications. One full year of dedicated subject training in each therapy , together with extensive client work ,case studies and examinations I believe gives the best grounding in practice. My extensive work within the NHS as a Complementary Therapy Manager at two Hospitals providing therapies to ward Cancer patients undergoing active Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy treatment  ,  patients with life limiting illness and complex challenging specialist needs and palliative patients means I have extensive knowledge and understanding of working with these clients challenges. Based in Burnham on Sea, I am fully qualified and insured in over 6 types of Complementary Therapy and have many years of experience providing therapies to clients across all age groups who seek to manage symptoms , increase their well-being or simply feel better at times when they may feel physically, mentally or emotionally challenged or stressed. My initial free consultation gathers health information and together we agree and tailor treatments to help support you to feel well.

I am an experienced NHS , Hospice and Private client practitioner working with specific diagnosed health conditions contact me if you would like to chat through treatments for you .Therapies are carried out to support clients to help aid their general health and well being. Individually focused , I use and prepare tailor made oils and cream blends for my clients in my Massage Therapist , Aromatherapy and my Reflexologist treatments.

As a formally university qualified teacher, I provide courses and training to those wishing to learn therapy or for qualified therapists seeking CPD training.
