Laura has a particular interest in lymphatic health and works with clients experiencing fluid retention and swelling, as well as lymphatic-related conditions such as lipoedema and lymphoedema. She also supports clients through post-operative recovery following both cosmetic and non-cosmetic procedures, using carefully tailored treatment plans appropriate to the individual stage of recovery.

Training, qualifications & experience

Laura, founder of Laura's Touch is a highly skilled accredited professional ITEC qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a stress relieving touch and client centred approach.

Laura is also a specialist in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder and Brazilian Contouring Technique) for fluid retention and pre and post op care.

Having trained at the highest standard with ITEC, a highly respected professional training body which provides leading internationally recognised qualifications, where her studies not only focused on the practical elements of massage therapy but also the theoretical elements such as anatomy and physiology.

Laura has treated numerous and a diverse range of clients incorporating and combining the most effective Neuro-Muscular and Myofascial Release techniques to complement her treatments.

Laura is also, a member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists, (FHT) the leading association in UK and Ireland for accredited therapists vetted and approved by the Professional Standards Authority.
