Based in Hayes, Bromley, Laura’s Touch provides specialist Manual Lymphatic Drainage, clinical massage therapy and non-surgical body contouring treatments to clients across Bromley and South East London.
With over 8 years of experience, Laura specialises in Post-Operative MLD following cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, lymphoedema and lipoedema management, Brazilian Manual Lymphatic Drainage and therapeutic massage.
The clinic also offers Sports Massage, Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Pressotherapy, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening, Ultrasonic Cavitation and HIEMT Body Sculpting.
Each treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs, whether supporting post-surgical recovery, helping manage fluid retention, relieving muscular tension or addressing body contouring concerns.

Training, qualifications & experience
Laura, founder of Laura's Touch is a highly skilled accredited professional ITEC qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a stress relieving touch and client centred approach.
Laura is also a specialist in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder and Brazilian Contouring Technique) for fluid retention and pre and post op care.
Having trained at the highest standard with ITEC, a highly respected professional training body which provides leading internationally recognised qualifications, where her studies not only focused on the practical elements of massage therapy but also the theoretical elements such as anatomy and physiology.
Laura has treated numerous and a diverse range of clients incorporating and combining the most effective Neuro-Muscular and Myofascial Release techniques to complement her treatments.
Laura is also, a member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists, (FHT) the leading association in UK and Ireland for accredited therapists vetted and approved by the Professional Standards Authority.
