Hello, I’m Laura Hughes, a Reiki Master Practitioner, creative therapist, experienced counsellor, and intuitive artist based in Hanbury, Worcestershire. I offer a range of holistic therapies and spiritual experiences designed to support your emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing, to help you reconnect with your real self, and live a life that is true to you.
I’m fully qualified in both Usui Reiki and Angelic Reiki, and a Master Practitioner Member of the UK Reiki Federation. I’m also a Registered Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with over 10 years’ experience supporting people through change, healing, and personal growth.

🌸 Integrative Auragraph Healing
This is a holistic approach that blends counselling, creative therapy, energy healing, and intuitive auragraph artwork. It supports emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth by helping you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a gentle, creative, and supportive way, through human connection, creative expression, and spiritual insight.
✨ Reiki Sessions
Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing that channels universal life-force energy to where it’s most needed. Many people describe feeling calmer, lighter, and more balanced after a session. Reiki encourages your body to move from 'fight or flight' into a relaxed, restorative state, where natural healing can occur.
🌊 Combined Counselling & Reiki Sessions
For those who wish to explore both emotional and energetic healing, I offer combined sessions. These sessions include time for counselling, providing a safe, compassionate space for self-exploration, followed by Reiki to help you integrate the insights and energy shifts that arise.
🎨 Spiritual Art Readings
I also offer spiritual art readings, where I connect with your energy using intuitive insight and spirit guidance, to create symbolic artwork that reflects your soul’s story. Each piece is unique, deeply personal, and can serve as a source of inspiration and reflection.
🌿 Reiki & Relax Wellbeing Group
On the first Saturday of each month, I run the Reiki & Relax group. It is a small, welcoming group (up to six participants) where we release the stresses of the week through guided visualisation, intention-setting, and Reiki. It’s a beautiful way to restore calm and reconnect with yourself.

My spiritual and intuitive services are intended to support relaxation, personal insight, and spiritual growth. They are complementary in nature and not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.
All readings and spiritual sessions with me (Laura Hughes) are offered for individuals aged 18 years and over and are legally considered entertainment. Through my mediumistic and psychic abilities, I will always endeavour to connect with Spirit and offer meaningful guidance; however, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
These sessions do not predict the future or make decisions for you, we all have free will and choice. The insights received are intended to empower you to make your own informed and heart-led decisions.

I love to learn, and am continually fascinated by the ways in which we can work with reiki, and the world of Spirit. I have completed training with a number of inspirational teachers, who practice different approaches, styles and philosophies of reiki and healing, and I can't wait to learn more.

Member organisations
The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.
