About me

I first qualified in massage therapy over 15 years ago.  I combine all the techniques I have learned to provide a massage that is effective and also feels good.  Every massage is different, tailored to whatever is needed by the individual on the day.

Client testimonials:

"Karolina is sensitive and attentive to your needs, adjusting intensity and pressure and focusing on what will really benefit you as an individual. This, combined with an intuitively wonderful touch, makes her a great massage therapist. "
Clare, Hove

"My experience with Karolina was fantastic from the start! I went in for a massage feeling stressed and tense... The ambience in her space was relaxing and Karolina made me feel at ease with her warm and soothing approach. She communicates well and gave me a thorough massage, having asked me first, which area I wanted her to concentrate on. When my session was over I felt so much better and have recommended her to friends who I know will benefit from her skills. This is definitely something I want to treat myself to, on a regular basis."
Angela, Hove

"I wanted to share my experience of having massage therapy with Karolina over several years. . . and on going! As luck would have it I came across Karolina's practise when I was needing assistance and support in naturally healing my lumber spine. . . I had a ruptured lumber disc and had been advised that an operation for my injury was the only way forward - I had declined the surgery in the hope that given the right support it would heal naturally. I found Karolina to be wonderfully intuitive and very insightful, immediately I knew we could work together, but more importantly I had trust in her natural ability to read the body - she managed to help me through some incredibly difficult times. . . gently supporting my body and allowing me to relax, not just physically but emotionally too. Karolina's knowledge of health and wellbeing is astonishing, each time I have a session I learn something new! Through massage and reflexology Karolina is my (and my husbands) go to hands-on lady - I would highly recommend her treatments to anyone . . . an all round wonderful and loving soul. "
Jeni, Hove
