About me
Hello,
My name is Deborah and I provide holistic mindfulness sessions. I do 1:1 in person or online and help you to learn and live mindfulness each day. A space to relax, learn and grow.
Mindfulness is a technique that can be applied to many challenges including depression, anxiety, OCD, anger, panic and more. It can be learnt and practised by any age. Once you know the key areas of Mindfulness you can live mindfully, present and happier.
Training, qualifications & experience
Your body is here, but is your mind?
If you are living with mental health issues or you just suffer stress and loss of direction, I can support you on this journey. I have extensive experience, working within mental health for 18 years.
I trained in Mindfulness and CBT. Mindfulness is a way of life and a fantastic tool to learn and apply to almost any struggle. It is a gym membership for your brain. I will guide you on the path to learning and applying Mindfulness to your life. We will learn to live in the now, acceptance and non judgement. Mindfulness allows you to slow down your thoughts, make it less busy in your mind, focus your attention where you want it to be and not allow those thoughts to effect you. It helps to break negative cycles.
I am passionate about teaching people to live more mindful lives.
My training and qualifications. I gained my degree in Psychology, my Masters in Mental Health and my Dip in Mindfulness.
- BSc Psychology
- MSc Mental health science
- Dip Mindfulness and CBT

Further information
I can offer online or in person sessions.
Mindfulness sessions follow a path. We begin with joys and gratitude for the week. We follow this with an introduction into that weeks theme (depression, anxiety, emotions, thoughts, being present etc) and then do a meditation practise where you learn how to meditate and how to train your mind to focus. We end with a reflection (practising reflection skills are important in life and mindfulness and something not many are used to doing!) and homework.
It is all in a lovely calm and welcoming way and 1:1.
