I am a CNHC Accredited Usui Reiki Practitioner & Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healing Practitioner & Master Teacher, a CMA Accredited Spiritual Counsellor, as well as being a Multi-Dimensional Healer and Trained Psychic.

TREATMENTS: My training follows the Core Curriculum and meets the National Occupational standards for Reiki meaning my clients can relax knowing that they are in safe hands.  Most of my clients enjoy combined sessions including Reiki and Crystal Healing and I work to assist clients in managing their self-care and wellbeing themselves, so that they can move forward without becoming dependent on me. 

I also offer remote treatments (allowing me to work with clients all over the world), as well as carrying out in-person treatments.

Treatments can be 60mins or 80/90mins and can include reiki, crystal healing, sound healing, chakra healing/balancing, releasing energy blocks and diffusing essential oils. The methods I use are non-diagnostic, non-interventional and non-manipulative, aimed at promoting deep relaxation and encouraging the body's own natural healing process. Longer treatments can include passing on any messages or what is picked up psychically whilst carrying out the treatment, as well as picking an angel card, only if the client would like this.

Reiki itself is increasingly offered as complementary therapy in hospitals, working alongside traditional medicines as there are no known contra-indications with conventional medicine and protocols. I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council allowing me to work in hospitals and hospices as well as be recommended by GPs and the courses I teach are CNHC Accredited courses.

I consider myself to be a highly compassionate healer due to my own personal experiences which heighten my understanding and sensitivity to those going through difficult times. I am a mother to 3 adult children and an animal and nature lover.  I have lived in South West London with my husband for over thirty years. I enjoy yoga, going to the gym, walking our dogs, gardening and being with friends and family. I also have a keen interest in nutrition and the effect it has on our bodies and minds, as well as finding ways to heal our bodies naturally.

In-person treatments are more expensive due to the additional paperwork, PPE and hygiene requirements for the prevention of the spread of Covid-19

First sessions are more expensive due to the gathering of new information prior to, during and after the treatment with a new client

PSYCHIC READINGS: I offer Psychic Readings for those who are looking for guidance and to gain another perspective on their life to help them move forward.

SPIRITUAL COUNSELLING: I also offer Spiritual Counselling sessions for those looking to carry out self-work using a combination of traditional talking therapies, energy work and therapeutic interventions. This is a non-denominational and non-religious type of therapy.
