I am a qualified experienced massage therapist based in New Malden Surrey and studied at the London School of Massage with distinction. I am passionate about massage and offer holistic (relaxing), Deep tissue and Warm bamboo massage treatments to relax you and help ease any pain you may be experiencing. I am also qualified in Counselling and bereavement therapy, Manual lymphatic drainage, Crystal therapy and chakra balancing, Indian head massage, Oncology massage and Reiki. My passion is helping clients with any pain or imbalances they may have and improving well-being, circulation and complexion. However, we are not just our physical bodies, the mind and our thoughts are very powerful and can affect our health. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help to bring our nervous system back into harmony. I look forward to helping you relax, breathe, soothe your sore muscles and increase your well being and calm the mind. Regular massage helps physically and mentally to stay healthy and injury free and is rooted in ancient history from various eastern cultures over 5000 years ago. I also have a qualification in healthy eating and food consultancy, as what we put into our bodies is equally important to our health and well-being.
