About me
I’m Tina, a Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist and Naturopath based in northwest London (Eastcote/Ruislip). I work with clients online across the UK and am available in person too.
I work with a variety of acute and chronic health conditions but have a special interest in supporting clients with hormone balance and helping people improve their digestion naturally.
If you’re struggling with ongoing symptoms that don’t seem to make sense then you’re not alone! After experiencing my own chronic health issues, I understand how frustrating it can be.
I support clients dealing with, but not limited to:
* Frequent bloating, digestive discomfort, acid reflux, irregular bowel motions and blood sugar imbalances.
* Hormonal imbalances affecting energy, mood, menstrual cycles, sleep and skin issues.
* Symptoms that come and go – but never fully resolve. I can help you understand what's actually going on in your body.
As a nutritionist, herbalist, and naturopath I have a vast range of tools to help identify and support the driving factors of your health condition, so healing can begin. I draw on all three disciplines to create a unique plan that combines nutritional support, supplement suggestions and herbal medicine.
Our work together will focus on identifying the root cause and creating a plan specifically for you. My goal is not just to give you a plan – but to help you understand what’s happening in your body, have you feel more in control and make changes that actually last.
While many of my clients come to me for digestive and hormonal issues, I also support a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. You don’t need to be unwell either to benefit from a consultation. My approach supports both those facing health challenges and those simply wanting to stay well.
I create personalised herbal medicines for each client at my in-house herbal dispensary using western herbs and a select number of commonly used herbs from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic practices. I also use Gemmotherapy in my herbal tinctures (where appropriate), this is a specialised branch of herbal medicine that uses the extraction of plant buds, shoots and rootlets as opposed to the fully grown plants used in traditional herbal medicine. The plant chemistry is different in the bud extracts and they have many benefits, working on a much deeper level in the body. As a naturopath I also add plant essences into my tinctures if needed to fully support both the mind and body.
Work with me
I offer 1:1 consultations where we explore your health in depth and create a personalised plan. Book a free 15-minute discovery call or view consultation details on my website.
I work online (zoom, video calls such as WhatsApp or FaceTime, or telephone call) this enables me to see anyone anywhere in the UK whilst you're in the comfort of your own home. I also see people in-person in Eastcote/Ruislip (northwest London) on request.
In-take forms need to be completed before the consultation (which are on my website), and include a 4-day food diary so I can get a complete picture of your health.
Here is one of my client Google reviews:
I have had health issues for over 11 years; mainly urine infections and pain. I decided to try herbal medicine. I can't thank Tina enough for everything she has done for me.
I have been under her care for nearly a year and 'wow' what a difference. I can honestly say its the first time in years that I have been able to function properly, pain free with no more urine infections!
I have managed to have two holidays this year because I have had the energy to work hard, and earn money and go away with my daughter, confidently knowing that I have nearly fully recovered. We invest so much money into looking good aesthetically but we don't invest in our health. I will continue to invest in my health; it's so important to me, as I feel like have lost over a decade of my life that I can't get back.
Thank you so much Tina, for your support, knowledge and guidance. You're my earth angel.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Further information
My consultations combine technqiues used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. I've also trained in iridology which is the study of genetic predispositions mapped on the iris which can give extra clues to your unique constiutional weaknesses which may or may not be expressing themselves.
I work with private testing companies which test for a variety of different markers in blood, stool, urine, hair and saliva for the assessment of hormones, mineral status, gut health, food intolerances etc. I tend to not orders tests at the beginning because most times the symptoms and health journey gathered from the consultation gives me a lot of insight into what's going on.
I've trained in nutrigenomics which is your genetic ability, for example, to convert nutrients into their active forms, liver detoxification of hormones and toxins, ability to detox histamine via various pathways, nervous system function etc. (I have more details about genetic testing on my website).
I also use the lens of Endobiogenic Medicine to get deeper insight into the root cause of why someone is expressing their illness or is unable to readapt back to full health. I can also assess this using results from a recent blood test from your GP (full blood count), which gives me insight into how hormones are functioning at the cellular and tissue level by calculating the ratios (more details about this on my website).
