Reiki level 1 – one-day course

Join me for an intimate, one-day Reiki Level 1 course in Orpington, Kent, limited to just 7 people. Open to everyone, with no previous experience needed, this is a beautiful introduction to Reiki and to yourself.

Together, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, experience its energy for yourself, and begin to understand how this gentle practice can bring greater calm, clarity and balance into your life. Reiki Level 1 is more than learning a healing technique – it can be the beginning of a deeper journey of self-discovery and a new understanding of who you truly are.

A relaxed, supportive and personal day, with plenty of space to learn, experience and connect.
