I am so excited and delighted to be hosting this workshop at my home in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. My intent is that this weekend will feel really relaxing, explorational and enjoyable for you. 

Colour Mirrors has literally been like a key, a very big one in fact, unlocking many doors for me in my life. It continues to support me in my growth, change, transformation, and expansion, and it is the Expansion through Colour course that was my gateway into working with this modality.

This workshop is a taster into the power and magic of what Colour Mirrors has to offer you. It is light, fun, explorative, eye-opening, heart-opening and if your soul is drawn to it in any way, shape or form... I would invite you to listen to that call; who knows where it may lead you.

What we will be exploring:

This is a wonderful introduction to colour with playful exercises, meditations and healing for personal, business and spiritual transformation. It is the recommended course to attend before Colour Practitioner training. It provides a deep and powerful "spiritual healing through colour" experience and allows you to sample what Colour Mirrors (a system of over 100 beautiful colour bottles) has to offer. 

We will be: 

• immersing ourselves in the vibration of colour
• learning about Colour Mirrors - an overview, how to work with it, the spiritual perspective of Colour Mirrors
• exploring colour psychology through the lens of Colour Mirrors
• enjoying and connecting with the beauty of Colour Mirrors
• playing with over 100 bottle colour bottles
• exploring the colour through a variety of different playful, immersive exercises whilst working with the energies that arise on the day, over the weekend/within the group 
• energy clearing (emotions, limiting beliefs, subconscious patterns, past lives) 
• releasing re-occurring blocks that perhaps have dominated your life, be open to change and allow new beginnings of expansion and easy flow
• experiencing guided colour meditations
• softening into your feminine energy, allowing yourself to feel, feeling from the body and heart, letting go of the head and pragmatic old way of doing and thinking things
• “chakra" balancing
• sharing circle
• experiencing colour readings
• changing and shifting perspectives
• creating new awareness for and of yourself
• discussing how to use colour in your everyday life and/or in practice/business (if appropriate)
• discussing other courses available and Colour Mirrors books available to read
• opportunity to do a Colour Mirrors bath (*extra cost to purchase Colour Mirrors bottle)

All within a safe, confidential space.
