About me:
I spent a lot of my life spiritually "seeking"; and for most of my life I wallowed in pain of separation, being single, feeling alone, not feeling good enough. My life was centred around career building, climbing the corporate ladder to please others and to feel validated through my finances, work and status. But that didn't bring me joy, light me up or give me the life I truly wanted. It actually drained me, and furthered my feelings of loneliness, disconnection and depression. Having left behind my career in Interior Architectural design; once I listened to the signs and messages that I am here to offer teachings in a different approach, my life opened up in very new ways. Now I put together all of my life lessons and experiences embodied into my 1:1 sessions. I am delighted to share I live with my partner and we share a very centred, peaceful life together with the same values and mission - to be vibrant and well in life.

My work journey: 
I studied Interior Architecture at University *thinking* I wanted to be an Interior Designer for the rest of my life. Once I ticked that box, sitting at my office desk feeling very low, I knew deep inside of me this career path wasn’t going to fulfil me. It was more about fulfillment, I was searching for deep soul connection, to work in a way that lights me up, and to offer services that align with my being. So even though I had a high flying corporate career as an Interior Designer in central London, it wasn’t what I truly came here to offer. That realisation has led me on a deeply personal and spiritual journey myself. I bring all of my learnings into my sessions. 

Even though I focus my energy on offering transformation sessions for clients through holistic modalities, I have also blended my skillset in design with my holistic approach to life and offer a unique array of services to support your home environment too. These include: energy space clearing, colour therapy for the home - please enquire!

What is colour therapy?
Colour is light. Light is vibration. Vibration becomes matter. You are a vibrational being.

Everything is energy!

Colour is essentially an energy or vibrational tool for self awareness. In the Colour Mirrors system the language and vibrations of colour can be accessed through bottles of coloured oil and water. Each bottle and colour has a meaning and offers insights into areas of our lives that we feel are blocked or where we would like to increase our potential for a more abundant and joyful life.
Each colour choice you make is a mirror. Your personal colour choice will shine back to you the potential you hold, reminding you of your talents, gifts, personal power and the truth of the light that you are. At the same time your choices will reflect specific patterns of behaviour that could be sub-consciously sabotaging love, health, happiness and abundance in your life.



Colour Mirrors, founded by Melissie Jolly in South Africa in 2001, uses coloured essential oils and essences as colour therapy. The system is used globally by complementary health and professional practitioners, spiritual teachers and colour therapists for personal and spiritual transformation.

Colour Mirrors is the tool I use within subconscious energy clearing for you, for your home and also within the design process (if you are drawn to work this way). We use Colour Mirrors as a tangible tool to bridge the external reality & environments with your internal world. I also combine colour with EFT & theta healing. It is a deeply nourishing, intuitive and supportive empowerment process.

My Specialisms:
My specialism is to support people who are struggling with 'singleton syndrome' longing for a romantic relationship but also through this process we enable your own connection with self to open up, reconnect, re-establish and deepen.
As well as this I can offer support with emotional and subconscious patterning release work and discussion can start with any current life related topic including improved health, wealth, love, purpose, shifting out of corporate work, following your soul purpose, spiritual guidance. This is great if you are looking for profound change in your life or if you feel your life is changing and you would like some support in that transition. You want to move from feeling “stuck, small, blocked”. You are ready to expand your life and experience the magical essence of the spirit that moves in all things!

What can you expect from me?
I offer a soft, open hearted, strong listening approach for my clients. I always work in the moment, no one session is ever the same as I am always working with your unique energies of you and also of what wants to move through you in that moment. I offer a self paced approach and honour the flow of life in relation to how much you choose to journey with me.

I offer a safe space for clients to unravel subconscious patterning, negative emotions or blocks that repeat in their life that are keeping them stuck, limited or constricted. Sessions are focused on exploring life issues so that you can find peace from energies that feel out of alignment with your natural essence. 

What can you expect in your first session?
We work in the moment, gently with present energies that are ready to release. Your first session with colour will always feel a little abstract, unusual but it will also be fun, light touch and we can move at a pace that works for you. No two sessions are ever the same, so I can’t prescribe what will happen definitively but my clients comment about the beautiful flow of information, how “spot on” the colour is and how amazing it is! What I can guarantee is I am a calm, kind, nurturing empath who really listens and enjoys being of service to enable you to discover the truth of who you really are!

Sessions vary in price (£60-£120) depending on length of session

Short blast: 45 mins = £60.00 - 10 mins intro | 30 mins energy clearing session time with colour | 5 mins wrap up time

Standard 60: 60 mins = £90.00 - 10 mins intro | 45 mins energy clearing session time with colour | 5 mins wrap up time

Deeper in 90: 90 mins = £120.00 - 15 mins intro | 60 mins energy clearing session time with colour | 15 mins wrap up time

6 sessions are recommended as a standard journey to see noticeable shifts; 1 stand alone session will give you a feel for the modalities I work with, the way I work and the potential change you can make; the longer you journey with me - the deeper and bigger the results get.
