About me
Hello, I’m Yang. I’m a Reiki practitioner. I also practise Tai Chi, an internal martial art.
Reiki became part of my life during some of life’s more difficult periods. It was one of the practices that helped me continue.
As life marches on, different things still come into view and need care and attention. Reiki continues to have a place in my own journey, and that is what I now hope to share with others.
People come to my Reiki sessions with different intentions. Some are looking for a chance to slow down and rest; others for some space from stress and anxiety when life feels unsettled. We begin with what has brought you to the session and let that guide how the Reiki is offered, allowing your own experience to unfold.
For some, that means deep relaxation or simply the opportunity to slow down and be still; for others, emotions, vivid imagery, warmth or gentle waves of energy.
