About me
I support individuals, couples, and families through Family Constellations and Systemic Therapy, helping them uncover and transform unconscious patterns that may be affecting relationships, emotional wellbeing, health, and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, holistic, and grounded in the understanding that many of our present-day challenges are connected to our family system, lived experiences, and the mind-body connection. Together, we create a safe space to explore these dynamics, bringing greater awareness, healing, and lasting change.
My work is informed by many years of experience in natural health, fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care, integrating Eastern medicine, acupuncture and energy healing modalities. This background allows me to support clients with a deep appreciation of the relationship between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and family systems.
Whether you are navigating relationship difficulties, family challenges, recurring life patterns, grief, anxiety, or simply seeking greater clarity and connection, I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space where healing can unfold at your own pace.

Member organisations
As the UKs largest professional body of acupuncturists the BAcC guarantee excellence in training, safe practice and professional conduct.
All members of the BAcC (MBAcC) have BSc or BA degree level training or its equivalent in traditional acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and western biomedical sciences including anatomy, physiology and pathology.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
