About me

Reiki Master/Teacher, stress management consultant and health and wellbeing coach serving Whitstable, Faversham and the surrounding area.

Available for individual treatments and consultations.

Reiki: I believe that Reiki provides a gentle, relaxing way to manage disease and complement medical treatments. There is research to show that Reiki helps people with various medical conditions and this is important for me to know as I have come from a research background. I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation http://www.reikifed.co.uk/ where there is further information for people who wish to try Reiki.

Stress Management: I see stress management as a way to support clients to live in the now, manage their own stress, release anxiety and to enjoy life. After all, enjoying life is why we are here!

I am a Health and Wellbeing Coach, a Mental Health First Aider and and Instructor for Mental Health First Aid.

I am fully insured to practice Reiki, stress management and health and wellbeing coaching.
