About me
Tracey Lehane, qualified in acupuncture, massage therapy and micro-needle therapy, is based in Eltham SE9, Art of Acupuncture clinic and in Central London W8 and in Faversham, Kent. Tracey has studied and practices classical acupuncture, including Five Elements and Stems and Branches acupuncture, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture (TCM). These approaches treat the symptoms of illness, such as pain, as well as the of the root cause, which is particularly applicable in chronic or multiple illnesses. Treatments are holistic and always focused on the individual.
Acupuncture can be helpful in over 100 conditions (WHO), including: pain, gastro-intestinal problems, sleep issues, fertility and gynaecological issues, stress and anxiety, migraines/headaches....
In addition to acupuncture, additional therapies such as: therapeutic massage, moxibustion, cupping and ear acupuncture are used, either as part of the treatment or as stand alone treatments. Ear acupuncture can be effective and supportive as part of a detox programme, such as giving up smoking, as well as relieving stress and anxiety.
Tracey is also trained in cosmetic acupuncture for facial revitalisation and in the use of the award winning Dermapen 3 med, which incorporates the latest micro-needling technology for a wide range of skin conditions, including facial rejuvenation to acne scarring or stretch marks. Combination treatment programmes which include facial acupuncture, dermapen treatment and hydrating facials using Juliette Armand products. Tracey also uses the Juliette Armand medical range mesotherapy products in Advanced Dermapen treatments, which provide excellent results.
