About me

I qualified as a therapist over a decade ago and have since reached a point where therapeutic work has become my full time profession. I feel deeply grateful for the experience gained through working with such a vast mix of clients.

I now focus mostly on Reiki as it’s the modality which lies closest to my heart; and was something I was fortunate enough to have been trained in by a world-class teacher.  Becoming a reiki master was a personal commitment to honour the eternal flow of energy that runs through us all.

I offer a range of qualities through my reiki treatments including breathwork, meditation and satsang.  I very much work with etheric, emotional and higher frequencies and I can assist in:
• Releasing stuck patterns which no longer serve us.
• Developing centring practices.
• Strengthening resilience in self
• Shifting blockages
