About me

Myofascial Release Specialist | Persistent & Complex Pain

I specialise in myofascial release (MFR) - a hands-on approach that works with connective tissue and the nervous system to address pain that has become persistent, widespread, or difficult to shift.

People come to me when symptoms have been present for some time, haven't responded well to conventional treatment, or don't fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

Common areas include:

  • Jaw Pain & TMJ Dysfunction
  • Rotator Cuff & Shoulder Pain
  • Sciatica & Low Back Pain
  • Fibromyalgia & Complex Pain

Sessions are unhurried and collaborative, shaped around how your body responds rather than following a fixed technique. Before any hands-on work, we take time to understand your history and what you've already tried. This is never a one-size-fits-all approach.

If you feel let down or lost in the medical system, or feel your symptoms have been misunderstood or dismissed, this is a space where that experience is taken seriously.

What People Say

"I was sceptical that a massage would make any difference to my back pain. However this is no ordinary massage. To my great surprise and relief, the day after my treatment with Steven I could turn over and get out of bed for the first time in years without any stiffness or pain."

Carolyn, London N1

“I have had chronic pain for some time in multiple areas of my body. Steven and I are currently working on myofascial release. Steven is professional and understanding. His treatment plan is fully comprehensive in finding effective ways in addressing tightness and pain in the body pre and post treatment. I love working with Steven and I can already feel more free in my body.”

Lee, London N13

“I would highly recommend Steven's treatments. I contacted Steven because of the neck and shoulder pain I experience. Even after one session I noticed an improvement in movement and comfort and a significant improvement after a few sessions. I like the balance of a targeted approach combined with a holistic soothing massage that Steven gives. He has a lot of technical knowledge as well as a friendly manner that puts you at ease. Highly effective and relaxing treatment.”

Amy, London N17

“I contacted Steven via his website a few months ago for a chronic shoulder issue. I have been very impressed with the service Steven has provided. He is professional and knowledgeable, and has delivered thorough and effective treatment in less than 6 sessions to date. The initial and follow up videos have also been very helpful and efficient. All communication has been timely and personable. I would highly recommend Steven.”

Emma, London N4
