I help relieve persistent, chronic pain, with the Jing Method™ of clinical massage, incorporating myofascial release and tailored self-care.

As a Jing Method™ practitioner, I am here to help with chronic (long term) musculoskeletal pain conditions, including:

  • Back pain and sciatica
  • Neck & shoulder pain
  • Rotator cuff pain and frozen shoulder
  • Wrist pain, RSI or carpal tunnel pain
  • Sports injuries

What does a treatment involve?

The Jing Method™ of clinical massage is an effective, tried and tested, outcome based treatment for musculoskeletal pain conditions.

You can have confidence that Jing Method™  therapists are trained to the highest standards in a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques. These techniques include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self care.

Working in partnership together, from our initial consultation and throughout treatment, our aim is to achieve our agreed outcomes, be it a reduction in pain or increase in mobility, within the shortest period of time.

I use a warm and heart centred approach that takes full account of all your physical and emotional needs and am committed to working alongside you to get the results you need.

Training, qualifications & experience

BTEC Level 6 Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage (currently in year 2)

The Jing BTEC Level 6 Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage is the ‘highest’ level massage qualification in the UK. It is the vocational equivalent to a degree level course.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.


Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council

CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration with CNHC.

Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.


Sports Massage Association

The Sports Massage Association (SMA) was launched in 2002 as a way of helping the public to understand which practitioners were appropriately qualified.

Over the years the association has developed and not only aims to protect and inform the public but also to support the profession and encourage further training and practice.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

60 Minute Clinical Massage: £70.00

This holistic massage is tailored to the needs of the individual, whether for pain-relief, sports injury, maintenance or relaxation. Its combination of myofascial release, deep tissue and light stretches is designed to relieve pain and increase movement.

6 Session Personalised Treatment Plan: £396.00

This personalised treatment plan is recommended for chronic, long-term, persistent pain. Tailored to the needs of the individual, it includes a full assessment, goal setting, 6 hands-on treatments and tailored self-care. All designed to relieve pain and increase movement.
