About me
Hello! my name is Stephanie, and I am a physiotherapist with a unique whole-body approach. I specialise in postnatal rehabilitation and have been trained by some of the best professionals in the field. As a mother, I love working with other mums to regain their natural, pre-baby strength, endurance, and form.
Before qualifying as a Physiotherapist, I worked in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I'm also skilled in various massage therapies. Now, I use my holistic background in conjunction with the more scientific methods of physiotherapy to provide comprehensive treatment for my clients.

I also offer hypopressive exercise sessions on a 1:1 basis, and also scar massage, oncology massage and visceral manipulation for the abdominal organs.
I do accept WPA, which covers the standard fees and session lengths.
*** I also accept BUPA and AXA, but these insurers do not cover my fees, and so for clients wishing to use AXA or BUPA I offer shorter appointments that are time adjusted to match what those insurers will pay. This allows clients to access treatment at my clinic still, but I tend to recommend coming a little more often to make up for the sessions being shorter, and in this way, you can still get the same great quality of treatment.
Please note that if you are using insurance, if you have an excess on the policy, you will need to pay at the sessions until the excess is covered. And be aware that if your insurer fails to pay any invoices, you will be liable and required to settle the balance.

Further information
I am registered with AXA, Bupa and WPA insurance providers.
WPA covers the standard appointment fees
BUPA and AXA DO NOT cover the standard fees, so shorter sessions are available to those wishing to use one of those insurers.
I presently am NOT accepting Aviva, Atena or Vitality, as those insurers refuse to pay even close to the industry standard rates, and so the session would have to be shortened so much to make the amount they pay work - this would lead to ineffective treatment, and so I made the decision last year to stop working with those insurers.
