Training, qualifications & experience
Meditation has been a huge part of my life. After burnout in my early 30's, I turned to meditation as a sustainable way to manage my own performance. I have over 20 years of leadership experience in the corporate world and am familiar with the many challenges developing a successful career presents.
I trained with The British School of Meditation and hold an externally accredited Diploma in Meditation Teaching. I teach only evidence-based meditation techniques that have rigorous academic research proving their efficacy.
I have a friendly, non-spiritual, secular and pragmatic approach to my teaching and work with people operating in high-performing environments.
