About me
Individual and group Alexander Technique lessons, either in your own home or in Highbury & Islington.
I am a qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique and a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
Having worked in the City for over a decade, I personally understand the stresses of modern life. The Alexander Technique provides a path towards greater ease and freedom, which is why I now teach it. It is an incredibly powerful personal development tool that can be transformative for both mind and body.
The Alexander Technique has an established evidence base. Here's what the NHS says:
"There's evidence suggesting the Alexander technique can help people with:
Long-term back pain: lessons in the technique may lead to reduced back pain-associated disability and reduce how often you feel pain for up to a year or more.
Long-term neck pain – lessons in the technique may lead to reduced neck pain and associated disability for up to a year or more.
Parkinson's disease – lessons in the technique may help you carry out everyday tasks more easily and improve how you feel about your condition"
I am fully insured and DBS-checked, ensuring a professional and safe experience for all my clients.
Whether you are looking to reduce tension, improve the level of your performance or improve your overall wellbeing, contact me to book a lesson and experience the benefits of the Alexander Technique for yourself.

Client feedback
I love going to Simon for lessons, he's incredibly sensitive in his use of hands and even the most subtle of input seems to lead to significant outcomes. I think this really speaks to the power of the work and Simon's ability to convey the ideas and principles of the Alexander Technique through his approach to teaching.
