I am a practitioner of Usui Reiki, master level. I also offer Sound Therapy and Crystal Reiki, these healing modalities encourage a healing space for the client. I follow a person-centred approach, meeting the needs of each client.

Usui Reiki a healing modality, reduces stress and promotes deep relaxation, Leading the client into a deep relaxed state is vital for the healing process. its relaxing, gentle, and meditative, Reiki clears blockages and disperses stagnant and blocked energy, I ensure realigning to restore the energy low for the client, reiki works with the Emotions, Mind, Body and Spirit restoring the clients overall well being.
Sound Therapy Healing in a well equipped therapy room using a range of specific and tuned therapeutic instruments chosen to clear blockages and stagnant energy, support clients to relax and de-stress have been used around the world for healing for thousands of years, enables you to get to your best wellness, and for some people on their spiritual path, supporting them with spiritual healing and growth on their path.
Using Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Bowls, hanging Chimes, shamanic Drum, Rain-stick, tuning Forks, Gong, tuned Pipes, as well as many other therapeutic instruments, aid the client into a relaxed state and healing to begin.
Crystal Reiki adding beautiful crystals and their power into the session. amplifies the reiki, these natural crystals are unique and the energy and vibration they carry have their individual benefits.
I work with the Chakras and the life force energy that we all have within us, if our chakras are out of line, it can cause us ill health, emotionally, spiritually and physically, and unhappiness. If our chakras are in line it will foster happiness and our best wellness. The main energy centres of the body are, the Root chakra, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third eye, and the crown chakra. these energy centres are where the life force energy flow to and from, when blocked, can cause free flowing energy to become stagnant, I aim to unblock and disperse the stagnant energy, this is where sound healing comes in, sound resonates within the body and around the body, using sound frequencies and vibrations that our body resonate with, blockages can be broken down, stagnant energy dispersed and freeing the flow of the life force energy within and around our body, and negative energy cleared out.
When working with the three healing modalities together, Reiki, Crystals, and Sound, we gain positive results in our well-being on an emotional and physical.

What to expect in your first session
On arrival you will be welcomed and shown through to the therapy room, a short consultation will take place and you will be given a consent form to read and sign, any questions you have please do ask, after this you will become comfortable on the therapy couch where you can fully relax in a safe space for your session, you will be led through the session from start to finish.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing, you will be asked to take your shoes off.
