About me

My work brings together over 25 years of experience in mental health services with my own personal journey of spiritual exploration, healing and growth.

Alongside my professional background as a trained psychoanalytic psychotherapist and counsellor, I have explored and received teachings in energy healing, crystal healing, Core Shamanism, traditional Mongolian shamanic practices and Tao wisdom. These experiences have shaped the way I work today, allowing me to offer a range of practices that support personal development, self-discovery, connection and wellbeing.

Through my work, I create welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore their own inner world. Whether working one-to-one or in a group, my approach is grounded in respect, compassion and an understanding that everyone’s journey is unique.

Training, qualifications & experience

For over 25 years, I have worked in various settings, including NHS, Cruse Bereavement, Richmond Fellowship Supported Housing Projects and Private Practice since 2009

For the past 8yrs I have explored esoteric and spiritual paths, including crystal healing, energy healing and Tao wisdom. I have worked with the Northampton Philosophical Society and studied Mongolian Shamanism with a traditional teacher for a year. I experienced and studied Core Shamanism for 4 years before training as a Core Shamanic practitioner and circle facilitator. I run a monthly Women's Sacred Drum Circle and an online Shamanic Journey Circle within a community called ‘Meet me at the Drum’. I also work one to one with clients in-person or online and able to offer a combined approach depending on what the client is looking for.

My Intention

At the heart of my work is a respect for the uniqueness of every individual and the many ways we can nurture our wellbeing, deepen self-understanding and develop a greater sense of connection.

My intention is to offer thoughtful, grounded and compassionate spaces where people can pause, explore and reconnect - with themselves, with one another and with the natural world.
