About me
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable and successful by most measures. They may be the ones others rely on. They hold everything together. Yet underneath, they can feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, caught in self-doubt, or aware that they are holding themselves back from the life, work, relationships or self-expression they really want.
You may know why you feel the way you do. You may have done a lot of thinking, analysing or talking about what is going on. But even with insight, the same emotional patterns can keep showing up — in your nervous system, your relationships, your confidence, your boundaries, your visibility and your ability to move forward.
This is where EFT and Energy Psychology can be helpful.
My work brings together Clinical EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, nervous system awareness, inner child healing, parts work and creative visualisation. These approaches can help us work gently with the emotional patterns, beliefs, memories and protective responses that may be keeping you stuck.
This is not about forcing confidence, pushing through or trying to think your way into change. It is about creating enough safety in the body and nervous system to explore what is really going on beneath the surface, without judgement or pressure.

Before retraining in this work, I spent nearly two decades in the creative industries, including seven years within Nike’s European creative department. I understand the pressure of high-expectation environments, where deadlines, visibility, performance and responsibility are part of everyday life. That background continues to shape the way I work: grounded, practical, structured and compassionate.
Today, I work with clients online through one-to-one sessions, workshops, group programmes and retreats.
My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you work through the emotional patterns that may be stopping you from fully being who you already are.
Training, qualifications & experience
My work is supported by professional training in Clinical EFT, Advanced EFT, Matrix Reimprinting and Energy Psychology.
My qualifications include:
• Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner — EFT International
• Clinical EFT Practitioner — EFT Universe
• Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner
• Training in Energy Trauma and the Genetics of Personal Transformation
I am a member of EFT International and the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, professional organisations that support high standards of practice, ethics and continuing professional development.

EFT International (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a not for profit organisation, commited to promoting and maintaining high professional standards within Emotional Freedom Techniques. All practitioners listed on the website hold appropriate insurance cover and have agreed to abide by the associations Code of Conduct and Ethics. In addition, members are also required to carry out an annual minimum number of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

How sessions work
Sessions take place online and are paced around what feels safe and manageable for you.
We may use EFT tapping, gentle enquiry, nervous system regulation, Matrix Reimprinting, parts work, inner child healing or creative visualisation, depending on what feels most appropriate for you and what we are working with.
You do not need to know exactly where to start. We begin with what is present now — the feeling, pattern, trigger or situation that is asking for attention — and work from there.
