Trauma & Nervous System Informed Holistic Therapist

About me

Hello, I am Pooja and I welcome you to Shreem Wellbeing.

I am a Trauma and Nervous System Informed Holistic Therapist. I help people heal from physical pain, illness and injury and emotional stress, trauma and burnout. I also support mothers and babies heal from the birthing experience and any resulting stress, challenges and trauma. I have a passion for guiding others towards deep healing and personal transformation. My approach is integrative and tailored, drawing from a diverse toolkit of holistic therapies to support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

My Approach:

I believe true healing is holistic - addressing not just the symptoms, but the underlying emotional and energetic root causes that keep us feeling stuck in our physical and emotional pain patterns. While it’s natural to see our current circumstances as the reason we feel held back, it’s often our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, habits and past conditioning that truly shape our experience of life.

My intention is to help you rediscover a more peaceful, joyful, and resourceful state of being. Together, we gently and safely explore and heal the root causes of what’s holding you back from experiencing the life you want for yourself - whether you’re seeking better health, more joy, meaningful relationships, a fulfilling career, or freedom from limiting beliefs and habits.

What I Offer:

I provide a confidential, compassionate, and safe space where you can reconnect with your emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. My goal is for you to feel empowered with the inner freedom to live your most authentic and fulfilling life.

Whatever challenge you may be facing right now, I invite you to reach out and see how we can work together on your healing journey.
