We are all under pressure these days to work harder and longer and we forget to look after our health leading to pain and stiffness, tension and stress. I aim to help you achieve more harmony and balance in your life whether it is your emotional or physical wellbeing.

All my therapies aim to aid relief of these symptoms and with my range of experience, I can tailor the treatment to your specific needs. As an advanced massage therapist I can offer a bespoke service for example, If you are a menopausal woman with joint pain, I could offer deep tissue massage with a special blend of aromatherapy oils to ease pain and balance hormones, followed by some reflexology working on the endocrine system.

" I have been having deep tissue massage from Paula for 9 years now. I suffer with lower back, neck, shoulders and hip ache from playing hockey and the nature of my job. When I was pregnant I suffered with sciatica and hip joint pain. She was able to treat me and helped me get through the last few months of my pregnancy.
