I’m Paul Stebles, a complementary wellbeing practitioner based in Orpington, Kent. I help people explore what may be holding them back, reconnect with their inner resources and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
My approach brings together Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), Evolve Quantum Healing, Reiki, energy healing and guided meditation. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all experience, every session is shaped around you, your intentions and the changes you would like to create in your life.
QHHT is a powerful, full-day experience developed by Dolores Cannon. It combines an in-depth preliminary conversation with regression-based hypnosis, creating an opportunity to explore the deeper beliefs, memories, emotions and patterns influencing your present life. Some people experience material they interpret as symbolic, spiritual or connected with a past life, while others gain valuable personal insights and a fresh perspective on their current circumstances.
Evolve Quantum Healing and Reiki offer gentler ways to pause, reset and reconnect. These sessions are designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, self-awareness and a greater sense of connection with yourself.
Whether you are seeking a breakthrough, a new direction or simply the space to step back and hear your own inner guidance more clearly, my aim is to help you leave your session with meaningful insights, renewed focus and positive steps you can take forward.
My work is complementary and focused on personal wellbeing and self-exploration.
Training, qualifications & experience
My training, qualifications and practical experience include:
- Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), Levels 1 and 2 – Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy
- More than 30 completed QHHT sessions, with each full experience typically lasting between four and six hours
- Evolve Quantum Healing practitioner training
- Reiki Levels 1 and 2, including practical training and attunements
- Additional practitioner training in quantum and energy-healing approaches
- Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – 10 hours of CPD-accredited supplementary study
- Guided meditation and personal-development facilitation
- Creator of the Rising Higher personal-development programme, featuring more than 125 videos and approximately 23 hours of guided material
My experience has given me an extensive understanding of how to create a calm, supportive environment in which people can explore personal beliefs, recurring patterns and the changes they would like to make.
My CBT studies provide additional knowledge that informs my communication and personal-development work. I do not present myself as a clinical CBT therapist, counsellor or psychotherapist.
I hold current professional insurance for the complementary services I provide and continue to develop my knowledge through ongoing training, practical experience and reflection.

Additional information
Sessions range from £99 to £295, depending on the approach selected and the length of your appointment.
Reiki, energy healing and Evolve Quantum Healing sessions start from £99.
A full QHHT experience is £295 and typically lasts between five and six hours. This includes an in-depth preliminary conversation, the regression-hypnosis experience and time afterwards to discuss and reflect upon your session.

Choosing the right approach is important, which is why I offer a free discovery call. This gives you the opportunity to tell me what you would like to explore, ask questions and decide which type of session feels most suitable for you.
QHHT is an immersive, in-person experience, and clients should normally allow most of the day. A mobile QHHT service may also be available by prior arrangement.
Reiki, energy healing and Evolve Quantum Healing sessions provide a more accessible way to relax, reset and explore your personal wellbeing. Depending on the service selected, appointments may be available either in person or remotely.
I welcome clients from Orpington, Bromley, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, Sidcup, Bexley, Sevenoaks, Croydon, Kent, South East London and surrounding areas. Remote sessions may be available throughout the UK and more widely.
