About me
I offer 1 to 1 sound-based wellbeing sessions designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity. Combining guided meditation and restorative sound, I create a calm and supportive space where clients can pause, reconnect, re-align and recharge.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness and shaped by a lifelong interest in wellbeing, creativity, and personal growth. Having grown up between Italy, Switzerland, France, and the UK, I developed an appreciation for different perspectives and practices that encourage balance and self-awareness. Sessions are tailored to individual needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am trained in 1:1 Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy and hold a Mindfulness Teacher Training qualification with Mindfulness Now.

What is Sound Healing?

Through immersive sound and vibration, the session encourages a calm nervous system response, helping to restore balance, improve focus, and support overall mental and physical wellbeing.
