About me
I am a Japanese Alexander Technique teacher and Massage therapist.
I have a private practice at Sakura Studio in Ashdon, Essex and offering Alexander Technique lessons to help with back pain and re-balancing.
My practice includes oriental hot stone massage, combining aromatherapy, Indian head and Swedish body massage.
I also offer a calming pregnancy and baby massage.
I am fully insured and hold an Enhanced Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service to work with children and vulnerable adults.
I have been resident in the UK for more than 20 years, having worked also as an actress in Japan, UK and Europe.
I also teach Alexander Technique in Japan and China.

Member organisations
Teaching members of STAT are registered (MSTAT) to teach the Technique after completing an approved three-year training course or having reached a standard approved by STAT.
