About me
Remedios Health is a specialist health practice by Natalie Whitaker offering Health & Wellness Coaching, Homeopathy Consultations, Bach Flower Remedies, Metabolic Balance Personalised Nutrition Programme for Improved Health and Weight Loss, Hair Mineral Analysis and Bio-Well Analysis.
Natalie supports her clients by addressing their health issues in a truly holistic and individualised way. She works alongside clients with various physical and emotional issues, with both acute & chronic conditions.
Often our habits, diet, pollutants, way of thinking and behaviour are maintaining causes of ill health. We are all unique and act and react differently to our surroundings. Rather than covering up symptoms, identification of areas for improvement, wellness intervention and treatment facilitates change. This leads to increased health, vitality and wellness.
Training, qualifications & experience
Natalie Whitaker is a Registered Homeopath, DipHom PCHom PGHom MARH. She graduated in 2007 and has undertaken further study with Post Graduate Diploma's. She is also a Wellness Coach and certified Metabolic Balance Personalised Nutrition Programme Coach, Bio-Well Specialist, Wellbeing Facilitator, Flower Essence Practitioner and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and has worked with hundreds of clients with a multitude of ailments over many years.
Natalie is passionate about helping and empowering people to improve their health and works in an empathic manner. More recently Natalie has spent almost two years health coaching multiple groups of people through the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme.

The Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) is a UK professional association which aims to support and promote high standards and effective practice in the profession.
All members of the ARH must hold professional indemnity insurance and must agree to practice in accordance with the ARH Code of Ethics as well as agreeing to undertake regular Continued Professional Development in order to further develop their professional skills.

Health & Wellness Coaching £50 for one hour session.
Homeopathy Consultation (which includes supply of homeopathic remedies and Bach Flower remedy mix if indicated) 1st Appointment £125 for two hour session. Follow up Homeopathy Consultation £90 for one hour session which includes remedies. Some health insurance policies cover homeopathic treatment - see your policy for details.
Bio-Well Analysis & Wellbeing Facilitation £60 for one hour session.
Hair Mineral & Toxic Metal Analysis Comprehensive Report including Supplement Recommendations - £120
