I qualified in Traditional Reflexology in 2010 and have since expanded my skills to offer a variety of specialised Reflexology treatments, including:

During your consultation, we’ll chat about what you’re looking to get from the treatment. With your consent, I may blend different Reflexology techniques to best suit your needs, this personalised approach has been really popular with my clients
I have studied Reiki for over 7 years and, as a Master Teacher in Usui and Karuna Reiki. I not only provide Reiki treatments but also offer training for those looking to learn.
Recently I have qualified as a Birth Doula which is another passion of mine

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners. Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration. Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
The Reiki Association is a community of people initiated into Reiki, both in the UK, and as part of the worldwide Reiki family. The organisation lists verified practitioners and supports those exploring a life with Reiki as a spiritual practice and healing art.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Please feel free to email or message me and I will happily contact you back to discuss the Reflexology or Reiki treatment that would best suit your needs. Prices start from £35 for 30 minutes and £55 for 50 minutes. Specialised Reflexology appointments are £65 for an hours appointment.
With all Fertility and Maternity Reflexology clients, I offer the 7th treatment for free as it is beneficial to have regular ongoing treatments to get the most out of your Reflexology appointments whilst you are trying for a baby or pregnant with a baby.
