About me
Intro
I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner, operating out of the Narberth Wellness Hub, , Pembrokeshire, Wales.
I notice that a Reiki session relaxes, whilst gently energises. My clients tell me Reiki is 'amazing,' 'incredible,' and 'just what I needed.' Reiki can help mental, emotional and physical issues; a perfect complement to Western Medicine.
I have been meditating for decades and started doing professional wellbeing work in the late 1990s.
Reiki Sessions
Reiki is received in my treatments whilst I use my hands to guide the Reiki (Reiki is translated as ‘spiritual life-force energy’). It can be received with the hands being laid on the body or without, this is up to you. The client stays fully-clothed and covered in a clean, cosy blanket.
Your entire session including introductions and getting settled on the Reiki table will last about an hour and the Reiki itself lasts for about 50 minutes within that hour-long session.
Reiki Training and Lineage
My Reiki lineage is the Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho line; and I was certified in Usui Reiki in 2019.

Insurance and Professional Membership
I hold practitioner insurance, and as a member, am bound by the set practice standards outlined by the UK Reiki Federation.
Member organisations
The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.
