About me

Manuela is a holistic Reflexologist working from treatment rooms in North London: Finchley N12 and Crouch End N8. Manuela also offers a mobile reflexology service.

All sessions start with an initial, confidential consultation, and take into consideration the many influences on your current health. Understanding your health history is important in planning your treatment and to avoid any contraindications.

When you book a treatment, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before your first visit, so that I can plan a treatment effectively. All treatments are confidential.

Reflexology provides many benefits:

  • supports the body's response to stress and anxiety
  • improves circulation,
  • improves sleep,
  • boosts the immune system to help fend off illness
  • alleviates digestive issues,

  • is beneficial for hormone health and balance during perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
