I'm Mandy, founder of Positive Soles in Sidcup, a qualified Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner with a special focus on women's wellbeing.
Holistic Therapies have been a meaningful part of my life, inspiring me to train & create a peaceful space where others can enjoy time for themselves. I began treating clients in April 2026.
I offer Reflexology, Reiki, Thai foot & Leg massage sessions from my welcoming home treatment room. Its a calming environment so you can slow down & unwind.
Every appointment begins with time to listen & understand your needs & preferences. My aim is to help you feel comfortable, cared for & beautifully relaxed.

I am a fully insured, member of the federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)
Member organisations
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
