About me

(NOW I AM ALSO AVAILABLE ONLINE and I am fully available to support everyone during the pandemic.)

I am a qualified Naturopath/Nutritional Therapist member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners in London.

I have clinical experience working as Naturopath and I also worked in a Pharmacy as health advisor. Most of my experience I gained in London.

Naturopathy is a Holistic Therapy, which means that the Naturopath will take into consideration the lifestyle, the diet and the emotional state of the patient in order to give a proper advice.

Naturopathy is beneficial in conditions related to high stress levels, weight management issues, chronic diseases, depression, sleep disorders, neurological conditions, among many others.

More about the Naturopathy Consultation

During the first Naturopathy consultation the Naturopath/Nutritional therapist will ask questions related to the person’s physical condition, emotional condition, lifestyle habits, diet, routines, familiar and medical history.

After, the Naturopath will analyze the medical exams of the patient, such as the Complete Blood Count among others (Ecography, Radiography, etc).

The Naturopath may also use Holistic forms of diagnose such as Auriculotherapy(use of acupuncture on the ear) depending on the case.

In the end, the therapist will make a naturopathic diagnose and will give specific advices and recommendations. The therapist will suggest specific supplements (including herbs, vitamins and minerals) and will design a natural diet plan specific for the patient.

The patient may need a regular follow up, and in most cases the follow up is essential for the success of the treatment.

Naturopathy works perfectly well together with other treatments.
