Reiki Master Teacher

About me

I offer grounded Reiki sessions for individuals experiencing stress, burnout, grief, or periods of significant change.

Reiki supports nervous system regulation, helping to reduce stress, physical tension, and emotional overwhelm. As the body settles, clients often report improved sleep, decreased pain, clearer thinking, and a renewed sense of overall wellbeing.

Many of my clients are capable, high-performing adults who have held everything together for a long time. Sessions provide a calm, contained space to release tension and recalibrate without having to explain or perform.

My approach is holistic and grounded, integrating emotional processing with practical nervous system support.

Sessions are available in person and online via Zoom.

I am a Master Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation, a registered practitioner with Complementary Health Professional, and a registered member of The Reiki Member Association (International Center for Reiki Training).

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Reiki Master Teacher, accredited through the UK Reiki Federation. I completed my Reiki training in person with William Lee Rand, President of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) in the United States.

My training includes Reiki Level 1 and 2, Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master, and Karuna Reiki® Master levels. I am also a member of the Reiki Membership Association, which is affiliated with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT).

I am also a registered practitioner with the Complementary Health Professionals, one of the UK’s voluntary regulators for complementary therapies.

In addition to offering Reiki sessions, I am available to provide Reiki attunements at all levels for those wishing to train in Reiki.

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Depending on location of service, as I have a few around London, premises are wheel chair user accessible. Elephant & Castle, yes.
