About me
Welcome to Heart & Sole Therapy
Hello, I'm Lisa, the therapist behind Heart & Sole Therapy.
I believe that everyone deserves a little time for themselves - time to pause, relax, and focus on their own wellbeing. Life can be busy and demanding, and it's easy to put everyone else's needs before our own. My aim is to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can switch off from everyday pressures and enjoy some time just for you.
Treatments to Support your Wellbeing
I have been working with clients for many years and offer a range of complementary therapies, including Reflexology, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), Fertility Reflexology, HypnoReiki and Indian Head Massage.
My Approach
I take a warm, friendly and individual approach, because I understand that everyone is different. I take the time to listen to you, understand your needs and discuss which treatment may be most suitable for you. Whether you're looking for some time to relax, an opportunity to focus on your wellbeing, or support as you work towards personal changes, I want you to feel comfortable, listened to and at ease.
I believe that choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and building trust is an important part of that relationship. My sessions are tailored to the individual, and I always aim to create a relaxed, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
Where to Find Me
I offer treatments in Norfolk, with appointments available in Freethorpe and Martham.

Testimonials
"I hadn't had reflexology before and was curious as to how it worked. I went along for my treatment, rushing as I was late as usual. When I arrived, Lisa was so lovely. She made me feel calm right from the start, and took me into the treatment room.
Lisa explained everything and I found the whole experience very restful. I was amazed when I felt just the slightest discomfort in my foot, which Lisa then told me was my lumbar region. I've had lower back pain for many years, which I had completely forgotten to tell her about!
I came out feeling slightly spaced out - quite a nice feeling actually - and had the best sleep for the next two nights, without getting up once.
I would highly recommend Lisa, and take this opportunity to thank her once again for a wonderful experience." Mrs Y, Norfolk
"I came to Lisa for help to ease migraines and neck pain. During the reflexology treatment Lisa made me feel really relaxed and comfortable, explaining what she was doing throughout the consultation and treatment. The treatments have certainly eased the head and neck tension, and I'm happy to say that the migraines are now very rare. The reflexology treatments also helped with nasal and sinus congestion.
Lisa is such a warm and caring professional, making you feel calm and at ease from the very first minute you meet her. The treatment is so relaxing, leaving you feeling energised and totally uplifted!"
Mrs T, Freethorpe.
"I had been suffering with headaches and neck pain for several weeks and a friend suggested that I gave Indian Head Massage a try.
After just one Indian Head Massage session, the muscles in my neck and shoulders felt so relaxed and my headache completely disappeared!"
Mrs W, Great Yarmouth.
"I'm a firm believer in the power of complementary therapies and have visited Lisa for reflexology, indian head massage and ear candling treatments on a regular basis. After my treatments I feel so relaxed and restored and any stress just vanishes! I also have the best night's sleep ever afterwards. Thank you Lisa!" Miss H, Freethorpe, Norwich.
"I have been seeing Lisa for Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage treatments and am amazed at the difference it has made to my lymphoedema. The swelling in my arm has reduced dramatically which has made such a difference to my quality of life. Thank you." Mrs B. Norwich.
