My name is Linda Thaper and I am a versatile holistic practitioner based in Hove, specialising in a range of therapies including Bowen therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Myofascial technique and Reflexology.
Being constantly on the go and busy makes finding balance and wellness quite challenging. I bring over 30 years of experience in holistic therapy to the forefront, guiding you through a transformative experience that caters to your individual needs. From the restorative touch of massage to the natural potency of Aromatherapy, the Reflexology grounding effects and the gentle yet profound impact of Bowen technique. Your path to holistic health is powered by experience and empathy.
I work with a wide range of issues including TMJ, migraines, tinnitus,hormonal imbalance, Digestive issues, stress, anxiety, muscular and skeletal issues, stiff joints, shoulders, back and general tension, aches and pains.

Package of 4 £220.
A course of 4 treatments can be purchased and need to be paid in advance.
This does not include the first kinesiology appointment.
