I offer Aromatherapy, Massage and Reiki and I am also a fully qualified and insured Therapeutic Counsellor. Without the stricter constraints of working in a salon, I enjoy giving a little more time and space for you to relax, or to discuss anything that comes up for you during your treatment, if you so wish. With careful attention to detail, I offer a peaceful, warm and therapeutic space where you can take time out and really connect with yourself.

Before your first treatment, I will complete a full consultation with you to gain an insight into your medical history and current state. Using this information, together with my knowledge and intuition, I will create a multi-sensory, and deeply relaxing and nurturing experience for you.

Although I state specific treatments in my price list, with your consent, I enjoy combining all of my skills to create a really unique and healing treatment and prefer to 'go with the intuitive flow', to give you what you need on a deep level. I always ensure that my treatment room is pleasantly warm to optimise your relaxation experience.

I am experienced in a range of massage techniques, and work intuitively to meet your needs, whether that be a light, gentle pressure or a deeper, firmer massage. Massage may also include acupressure point stimulation to help clear any energy blockages that may be affecting your well-being.

Some clients report a kind of 'Journeying' experience during my combined treatments, and this is often encouraged by the synergistic blend of the chosen music, essential oils, crystals, relaxation and energy work, particularly if you are sensitive and attuned in this way.

With consent, I have found it to be deeply beneficial to all clients to include energy clearing and balancing work around the major chakras. This greatly enhances the overall healing effects experienced and further appreciated post treatment.

If you are not sure what you would like or need when you book an appointment, or even when you arrive, we can decide together what may suit you best on that day, or at that time. Alternatively, you may just prefer to leave yourself in my capable and experienced hands, and simply focus on letting go and retreating.

I am happy to offer treatments to children and young people, and these may be really helpful in addressing issues such as anxiety and low confidence, poor sleep patterns, pre menstrual syndrome.

In some circumstances I am happy to make home visits.
