About me
Advanced Kinesiologist, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Cold WaterTherapist and Advanced Bowen practitioner specialising in helping with allergy symptoms, food intolerances, musculo-skeletal problems, stress related issues, Anxiety, problem solving, sports injuries (golfers and tennis elbow), mother and child.
Yoga - Have you always wanted to learn yoga but not confident enough to attend a class then I have the answer for you!!
I teach small classes so you feel that you can have the close attention you need. I offer trauma sensitive mindful yoga so I give you a chance of building your own practice and gain confidence in a small and safe environment.
Yoga is not about creating shapes or becoming a pretzel, the yoga physical practice is an essential in order to help the body achieve balance but the underlying goal is to help with meditation and mindfulness. I teach with compassion and care to ensure that you can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe place.

Member organisations
The Bowen Association UK was set up in November 1997 and is the European arm of the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia. The association aims to provide support on both a practical and technical level to practitioners and their clients and hope to increase awareness of the Bowen Technique to both the general public and health professionals.
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
