Hi! I’m Joanne Mullins and I strive to assist clients to get well, feel well and stay well.

- Vitality Coaching to assist clients with persistent feeling of inadequacy and self-doubt, even in the face of concrete evidence of success, often leading people to believe they are a fraud or will eventually be "found out". I also assist clients to overcome worries about their health or subconscious self-sabotage that occurs when we approach a perceived limit of success, health, happiness, or abundance, often stemming from underlying fears and beliefs.

Training, qualifications & experience
As a former IT Director in the City Joanne knows the impact a demanding job has on your mind and body. She set up Vitality Therapy and created a variety of services to address these problems.
Joanne use her intuition and over 20 years experience to guide you through a treatment to maximise the benefit to you while focusing on your priorities.
During her time as an IT Director Joanne addressed learned how to address a number of physical health issues which is what lead her to train as a therapist. In addition being from a working class background she developed imposter syndrome (feeling like a fraud) and learned how to over come this and to address her self sabotaging behaviours which is why she trained as a coach to help others.
Joanne's Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Massage and Aromatherapy Massage ( September 1998)
- Reflexology (July 1999)
Joanne studied Reflexology with Mary Martin who was an ex-nurse who founded the Association of Reflexologists (one of the governing bodies for Reflexology) in 1984. - Seated Acupressure Massage ( August 2001)
- Reiki Master Teacher (July 2006) / Reiki 1 & 2 (2001)
Joanne studied Reiki with a variety of Reiki masters. - Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner (June 2008) and
Inner Power Therapeutic Coach (June 2008)
Joanne trained as a coach and NLP practitioner with Andy Harrington who was personally trained by Anthony Robbins. - Health Creation Mentoring (May 2010)
Joanne trained as a Health Creation Mentor with Dr Rosy Daniel, who is widely recognised as a world authority on the holistic approach to cancer care and who to implement healthy lifestyle changes - Hot Stone Therapy (July 2010)
- Btec Level 5 Sports Massage (March 2015)
Joanne qualified in Sports Massage after learning from experienced Sports Therapists and Osteopaths at Essentials for Health. - Heart Metta Practitioner (September 2016)
Joanne travelled first to Canada and then Japan to study with Sandra Sweetman.
Member organisations
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
