I am a Holistic Therapist & Coach offering in person massage, energy healing & chakra balancing sessions at the YOUMassage Therapy centre in Southampton:
- Reiki Healing & REIKI Courses/Training
- Crystal Healing / Crystal Therapy
- Sound Healing / Sound Therapy
- Massage: Indian Head, Deep Tissue, Holistic, Swedish, 5 Elements (Journey of the Senses), Somatic Bioenergetics, Reiki & Massage
In addition to appointments at the YOUMassage Therapy centre in Southampton. I can provide sessions at your home or another venue of your choice, subject to travelling costs being agreed. Remote session can also be arranged via a video or voice call.

The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
